Who We Are

Founded in 1974, with two orthopaedic physicians, Concord Orthopaedics has grown to include 27 physicians, 23 physician assistants, and three nurse practitioners providing specialized orthopaedic and rheumatology care. Physicians specialize in a particular area of orthopaedics including, sports medicine, total joint surgery, spine care & surgery, hand surgery, orthopaedic traumatology, foot and ankle care, pediatric orthopaedics, general orthopaedics and rheumatology. We have seven convenient locations.

In 1995, Concord Orthopaedics had a major expansion of its Concord facility and opened the Orthopaedic Surgery Center (OSC), a freestanding ambulatory (day) surgery center dedicated to orthopaedic care in conjunction with Concord Hospital. On January 4, 2021, Concord Orthopaedics unveiled a brand new Orthopaedic Surgery Center, replacing the original OSC. Today, Concord Orthopaedics is the largest private orthopaedic practice in New Hampshire. Our primary office is located in Concord, New Hampshire on the campus of Concord Hospital with satellite offices in Derry, New London, Londonderry, Meredith, Plymouth and Raymond.

Our Practice Philosophy

The founding principle of our practice was to create a group of highly skilled and talented physicians who specialize in specific areas of orthopaedics. Each of our physicians concentrates in his or her area of interest, developing skills and experience that would not otherwise be possible. In addition, we have more than one physician in most specialties, allowing our physicians to seek the opinions of additional experts within our practice. There is no substitute for this kind of focus and experience.
